For nov 2018 final customs For calculating the basic customs duty whether social welfare surcharge is applicable ? EC and SHEC is applicable or not on imported goods ? In Bangar books i can see SWS @ 10% and no EC and SHEC on imported goods as per notification wef 2/2/2018. No mention of it in study material?

SWS is applicable instead of EC/HEC for custom duty calculation for May 2019 onwards See Pg. no. 23 of the pdf in the below-given link
