if a person import article after paying import duty, after importation article is sold to the domestic dealer at the same rate (the rate in which article was imported) now the said domestic dealer sale the same article to the consumer after increase in MRP, can he do so and what is the consequences of this on the person of import and the domestic dealer

To answer, it depends on whether sale is a high sea sale or first / second stage dealer
