Customs duties are not eligible to take as Cenvat Credit (Edu & SH Cess also) as per CCR2004.
only the CVD and 4% SAD are eligible for Cenvat Credit from 17-Mar-2012 onwards. (Edu Cess & SH Cess on CVD waived from this year budget)
