custom duty on imprt of computers

If you are doing software business and your unit is registered under STPI authorities means the import custom duty are exmpted and you have given a application form to STPI and you get an approval from the authorities than only you got exmption from the duty for import of computers.

Dear Sir,

we are an IT company who deals in business of hardware / software

both cases are required. stpi as well as non stpi

suppose we registered with stpi and importing computers for that particular stpi unit what will be the rates of import custom duty on computers

and

if we are normal dealer of computer etc. than what rate of import of costom duty we have to pay.
