Custom duty+ igst
I wanted to know If we import product like fetal doppler from China what should I pay only igst Or along with custom duty? please kindly help me sir.

Both customs and igst has to be paid to customs officer and input of IGST Can be claimed.

Yes you are required to pay both IGST and Basic Customs Duty ( BCD ) at the applicable Rates for your imported goods from China.
