CTP or regular GST registration

a) Yes he will take CTP registration for exhibition.

b) Cannot take neither CTP nor regular

c) For sales from exhibition CTP registration will be used.

A composition taxpayer cannot sell interstate. There will be problems for transferring the goods.

If any other registration is taken by a composition taxpayer that will also be registered under composition scheme only.

Huge disadvantage in these types of cases.
