I think recently for chemical industries can give the ct-3 forms themselves after getting the permission from Assistant commissioner.But earlier they are getting the countersign from the range superintendent.could any one explain me eloberately about this.

Kindly clarify is it necessary to obtain CT-3 form for procurement of "SEMI FINISHED or FINISHED" material from EOU to EOU?. If it is necessary, kindly mail the CT-3 Format.

1) According to me, Supply of material from one EOU to another is called interunit transfer and in case of interunit transfer no CT-3 is required. In this case ARE-3 procedure is followed. RO / Bond officer will verify the material and endorsed the ARE-3. Material will move under bond. After receipt of rewarehousing certificate from consignee's Range Officer, Bond is credited.
2) For procurement of material from DTA, Form CT-3 is issued. For issuance of CT-3 one may contact Range officer. Preauthenticated CT-3 is also issued.
CT 1,CT 2 or CT3...here wat CT stands for?
