We want to merchant export, who is not having excise registration, earlier he is issuing us H forms for demed export for VAT purpose. Now which form he is supposed to issue?

merchant exporter can execute B-1 Bond with your division or maritime commissionarate, and issue CT-1 for exemption of excise duty.
