Can some one please advice what is the procedure of sending goods to other state without having Road permit(WAYBILL) form. I have send material to Uttarakhand, Jaipur to a Govt company and one at pvt company to Gwaliaor.
what is tax obligation when some company is not providing the waybill instead of repeated request.
please advice.

Kindly note that it will be withheld at the checkpost at any point and the goods will be detained. You will be receiving a notice and it has to be sorted out at the checkpost point by many money & showing the relevant records.
