any interstate sale will attract the same local tax payble for that commodity, only think is if sell it to registered dealer then you can sell at 2% against Form-C

if a TNGST?CST registered dealer bills cst in tamilnadu 2% applicable at the time of billing to a CST registered dealer in other states. with the condition the buyer has to supply the form c for the purchases. if the buyer fails to produce form c then the difference of 12.5% being the diff. on actual 14.5-charged 2% has to be paid by the seller even he didnot collect the same from the buyer. incase of electronic items sold to either unregisteed dealer or end user, attracts directly 14.5% atthetimeof billing itself.
