if any unregistered dealer buying a machine cost of approx. 15 lacs from out of state, for use in manufacturing unit.. what compliances should required.. plz answer

YES, FOR A MANUFACTURERE IT IS COMPULSORY TO REGISRED HIMSELF TO CST AND VAT FOR START A MANUFACTURE BUSINESS
