Each state has presecribed guidelines and procedures for getting c form.  Whenever a query is raised, please indicate the state which the query relates to.

1) on line c forms are available in many states, for which the quarter wise, party wise purchase details are to be provided in the system.  For manual c form also, you have to provide the above information to the A.O along with application. The primary condition is:- You should have reported all the interstate puchases in your VAT return.

2)  If you purchase from registered dealers in other states against concessional rate, c forms will be issued to the party.

3)  There are two options.  a) Not to disturb the earlier c form already issued b) If subsequently issued after purchase return, you can deduct the purchase return value .
