sir, i m working in maharastra . in our company same dealers wants CST but their address is in maharastra.Actualy they purchase form OEM (original equipment manufactures) which is out side the maharastra , and pay CST to them . Hence they want CST from us. Can you give CST ?

The material purchaser want to issue the cform to the material seller (original manufacturer )which is out of maharashtra,
if the dealer have two different tin no one ingujarat & mahashtra then it is applicable. from original buyer purchase at cst rate with different tin no and if the dealer have two states different tin no and dealer can make sale at cst can get c form from party. if they dealer have only one tin no( mahashtra) and seller have tin no ( mahashtra) they want pay full tax what ever rate appliacle.
case 2 if the dealer one tin one maharastra and clients have any other tin no ( apart from maharashtra ) then cst will be applicable
actualy deler have tin number of maharastra .but he pay cst to oem .hence he want cst.in our purchase register deler address shown in maharastra but cst shown. beasuse dealer want cst and not vat.
it is correct or not .?
