X is a seller of goods in Chennai, Y is a buyer of that goods in Hyderabad, Y has a branch in chennai,

X directly delivers the goods in Chennai Branch.

Whether CST is applicable or Local VAT is applicable

As there is no interstate movement of goods, it is a local sale of Mr. X

Hello, What remedy seller have against Registered Dealer (Purchaser) who is obliged to issue Form C to him (seller) and does not issue C Form inspite of follow up ?

issue debit note for diff of tax and collect.

keep deposit at the time of sale against form C and return the same to buyer when C form submitted,
