Dear Sir,

We are under impression that the CST 12.5 without C form credit is available as input or not. Also we need help about CST on sales is payable every month or set off the payable cst against purchase CST.Kinldy provide the help ASAP.

Dear Sir,

CST Paid on Purchase Can Not Be Adjusted With CST Payble on Sales. You can Take Input Credit on Only Local Purchase.

There is no rule for credit of tax paid on inter state purchase. However, CST payable can be adjusted by utilising balanced input tax credit on Intra-State purchase after setting off the tax payable under state vat.
