CSR section 135
section 135 on CSR . It states requirements to establish CSR committee. my question is does all.companies irrespective of the net worth worth, turnover and net profit, need to spend 2 % of net profit on CSR activities?

Applicability: As per Section 135 of the Act and rules issued thereunder, CSR norms are applicable on companies which has :
(a) net worth of Rs 500 Crore or more;
(b) turnover of Rs 1000 Crore or more; or
(c) net profit of Rs 5 Crore or more.
