Can any Registered Trust do CSR expenditure on another Registered Trust if that Trust is related???

Yes, under sec 11 one public charitable trust can give donation to another public charitable trust. CSR expenditure also we can show as donation given to that trust.
Just to add it should not form part of corpus and to be used towards objective of another trust , specifically for CSR
