Is it mandatory to constitute a CSR committee to a listed company which is turnover below 1000 crore or networth below 500 crore or net profit below 5 crore??
All type of companies required to constitute CSR committee ,So pls note that it's not confined to listed company only ...Subject to fulfillment of any one criteria of Net Worth/Turnover or Net Profit .
