The main objective of Csmart is to remove the repetitiveness from the daily work of Company Secretaries and make life easy.

1. Prefill all Eforms-  You will never have to remember information about the Company such as the authorised capital, director details, director who will sign the E-form, the resolution number and resolution date that is entered at the bottom of every Eform. Csmart will capture the information from EForms such as Form 1 and Form 5 for the authorised capital and Form 32 for the director information and populate these details on all Eforms where this is required.
2. Share Transactions made easy- Allot, Split, Transfer, Transmit, Reissue, Consolidate, Subdivide, Reclassify, etc. shares with ease. With a few clicks in the application, all your statutory registers are automatically updated/created for you. Share Certificates are generated and can be printed. 
3. Notice/Minutes/Resolution- Generates minutes and notices for every event. Minutes and Notices are automatically generated for you based on the information filled up in the Eform. Also more than 200 'templatised' resolutions provided with the software. You can add your own and edit the existing ones. You can easily substitute actual data within the blanks provided in the resolution text during generation time.
4. Import Company- Import all your existing Companies' data into Csmart easily with the help of the latest Form 20B filed for that Company. You can also import Shareholder data history and perform share transactions on already allotted/issues shares. You can also import all old form filings, charges and all documents pertaining to the Company.
5. Document Management- Csmart maintains all your documents in an organised manner for you! Your entire office will be connected to Csmart. What one person does, can be seen on the other person's computer. Never lose a document! Search and retrieve any document easily!
6. Backup and Upload- Optionally, choose to backup all your documents onto a remote secure server. The data is stored in an encrypted manner and is gauranteed to be hack proof! If your computer crashes all your data can be restored back to your computer!
7. Connect with your client- You can use the data in the server to connect effectively with your client. You can authorise your client by creating a client ID and a password for him/her. Using the client ID and password created by you, your client will be able to log on using a web browser and view (read-only) all the work done by you for that Company! Documents and Master Data can be accessed anywhere, anytime!
