A student who take training in a cs firm after 11 month he want to NOC from CS principal. In this condition 4 quaterly report is not signed by cs.In this position any problem is created on the time of getting membership

Pls can anybody provide me a NOC for CS. As i require it for submitting it to CA Institute. As i am pursing both courses. And now i would be joining r article ship for wich i need to intimate to CA Institute.
