Cs response sheet question
A real estate company has its head office in delhi and branches at Ahmedabad patna and indor . A dispute cropped up between sorabh and company in respect if transaction through Ahmedabad office.
Sorabh files a suit in respect of this in patna court.
How will court decide?

The case cannot be filed in Patna court. In case of Company, the case can be filed either at the place where registered office of the company is situated or at the place where dispute arises, if company has branch office at such place.
In the given case, the case can be filed either at Delhi or Ahmedabad but not in Patna

Can't suit be transfered to Ahmedabad or delhi by patna court....????
