CS - Pratical Training

hi,

even i have the same query but icsi gives us an option to register as lcs i.e licenciate company secretary which implies that we have cleared the final exam of the institute but are not eligible to practise or work as a company secretary i.e we have only theoretical knowledge and not practical knowledge.

however i think this cannot be renewed beyond 5 years

Thank You Hariharan for replying. Sorry, but I did not get your last statement properly. Do you mean to say that if I will not do practical training, the certificate shall be valid only for 5 years. And is there any option of doing training in 3 months? If yes, then who can opt for it? Is it possible to get the membership No. under the status of LCS (that licenciate thing)? Please Reply!

i am sorry but i am not totally aware about the rules pertaining to lcs.i have mailed the institute several times but in vain.

for further details kindly ask some experienced person like ankur garg sir or mr.ravi sisodia who too seems to have got a lcs degree from the institute.
