If she is interested in Practicising, I mean if her long term plan is to engage in practicising rather than employment. It is advisable to start practicising as early as possible. That will help her to get complete information about Corporate world and thus makes to her to carry her profession. This is just my opinion better let's wait for senior professionals opinion.

yes harish even i suggested for that . because practicing is her long term plan. so i think better to start at the earliest.

requesting for valuable suggessions

Dear Sneha,

According to me, even if she is interested in practice, it would be better to get a 3-5 years experience in a company, or say in a PCS firm, which would help build contacts and also get  to learn without being singly responsible for whatever  happens...i mean there will be some upperhand to handhold.

and once you have enough experience and have built contacts, you can move on and start your own firm.

Her fiance is also a company secretary in employment...so i think she will get a support from him for sure.

His plan is also to be in practice after an year..He is having more than 4 years of experiance it seems..so surely he will have good contacts..

what is your suggession now???

Dear Sneha,

Yes if that is so the case, the the decission to get into practice may not be bad.... but yes till that intermediate period of 1 year (when he also starts practicing), she can continue to work under someone right...?

yes

but what i feel is in the initial stage they may not get any income from their work . this will lead to financial difficulties.so atleat one should get a regular income.

here he is getting regular income so let her start practice..once she started getting a stable income from the firm then he can also join without tension rite???

May be....but still i think that you should have good amount of experience before you start your own (unless you have a firm already set up by your parents etc).

and good amount of experience may mean say good enough of 6-8 years.  this not only gives you experience, learning and handholding, but also gives you the advantage of a brand name. That is to say,

you can represent to your clients that you have worked with say ABC Co, for 8  years. Infact, the otherway round would be better..i.e if the husband would start practice.

ok thanks ankit for your valuable suggession
