I am a law graduate working in law firm and also a company secretary (professional) student. I have a keen intrest to work in company law and securities law. I am confused as to whether i should do my training in a CS Firm or a Company.
As per my research, people who have worked in firms says that as a trainee one will not get exposure in all the fields of corporate law and u will wind up working in one type of work.
But i have tried getting into companies for cs trainee, firstly it is difficult to know where is vacancy and if u come across vacancy then i dnt crack the interview(i know that my fault) so should i start trying in FIrms or keep looking for companies??
and i am aware of new regulation that working in a law firm also count as a training but i feel a proper cs trainning is different from working in a law firm.. am i right???
