Please explain the meaning of the following-

1.Meaning of citizenship

Ans1. It means thsoe who are officialy considered as citizen of india based on  official goevernment documents and who reside in india.

2.Meaning of "Residuary power is based on the principle  'Inspite of federalism the national interest ought to be paramount as against autocracy stepped with the establishment of supemacy of law'"

 Ans2. It means Nations Intrest is the ultimate thing that matters and is given the most priority than anything else even if any law is established.
