I had registered for CS executive in 2015 on CPT pass basis and never appeared for any exams. I have applied for Denvo successfully and Changed my syllabus from 2012 to 2017. Yet i am not able to enroll for 2021 exams. Is it becasuse i need to give Cseet first or the exams registration has not been started. Please any one can guide, how should i start and what should i do.

You do not need to give the CSEET. You likely cannot enroll because your 2015 registration may have expired (requiring a "Registration De Novo") or you have not completed the mandatory "Pre-Examination Test." Log in to the ICSI Smash Portal to verify your registration validity and check your dashboard for pending requirements like the Pre-Exam test.
