It's hard to say "yes" conclusively but certainly it helps to a great extent, bcoz it shows the types of repeatedly asked questions (concepts), weightage of particular topic (s), birds view at all the syllabus ( due to mix of questions from whole syllabus), and so on.. So in short, if you use it judiciously, chances are very high to get through the exam. Good Luck !!
