when the exam forms of CS for Dec, 2010  will be issued?

Exam Forms are now issued in chapters go and buy there  friend.The last date to reach form is Sep 25.

can i get the form by courier by sending the dd to the icsi office as there is no chapter in my homtown??? is it appropriate to do so??
