Exam Forms are now issued in chapters go and buy there friend.The last date to reach form is Sep 25.

can i get the form by courier by sending the dd to the icsi office as there is no chapter in my homtown??? is it appropriate to do so??
can anybdy tel me , wht wil b t attachment with form bcoz i dont have tht it certificate.
last date is 27/09/2010 as 25 n 26 is holiday.
