Cs exam form filling doubts

Hi,

              I have following doubts regarding the form filling of CS Executive Examination December 2011.Please resolve them.

 

1.I have registered for SIP for next month.But for that time it will be over six months.so will it cause any problem ?

2.I have completed computer training and passed the exam.But I did not get the certificate. Here in form they are asking to attach the certificate copy of the computer exam .So if I write YES in the appropriate column without attaching the certificate will it be aproblem?

3.In examination form here it is saying that the photograph must not be larger than the box given.Will it be an issue if I affixed a photograph larger than this box?

1.Sip has to be done n completed b4 enrolling for cs exec exam form.

2.Wriite awaited...its allowed.

3.Cut it wit scissor to mak it fit in d  box given.

1.Yes, I will complete it before the exam starts. So if I apply by saying 'NO' then will they reject my application?

2.Unfortunatly there is no option 'Awaited' in the exam form

2.Even if there is no awaited option still write awaited its allowed.

I have enrolled for CS executive prog and I am eligible to appear in Ist Module for Dec 2011, but i have not done computer training of 70hrs. I have done the same provided by ICAI for 100hrs. What is the procedure to be followed next & can anyone share the link to fill exam form online......

I am already registred online but when I try to login for Executive exam in exam enrollment portal it is shown an error. Plz suggest me ! · PLEASE HELP ME.ITS URGENT. I am getting an "login failed" message even though I entered the password and login id sent to me during registeration.When I used the "retrieve" option I did not receive even a single mail even though I get the "password sent to email id" sign a few seconds ago ·
