Hi frnds i heard tat people who gonna join to CS course from next year they have 2 write it from foundation even hey hav finished any UG, PG, as n CA. s this information a valid one???

No official declaration about any such news, hence till today it can be said to be a rumour.
However there will be no surprise if they follow this one as ICAI is already following this rule.
If you are graduate, then u can register now if you think that the source from where you got the information is reliable.
