Hi,
We have a duty paying unit in West Bengal and want to have a sub contractor in UP.
The inputs will be purchased in UP
Finished products will be consumed in UP
Materials will not enter our factory in WB in any stage
Can we still use 57 F4 procedure for this? i.e. Can we issue the material to the job work subcontractor and take excise credit for it and pay Cenvat on the finished value on delivery to final customer?
Please help!
