Credit note issued in 17 - 18. it has been shown in respective GSTR3B return but not shown in GSTR1 of respective month.

Last date to make amendments related to 17-18 was due date of Mar 2019 return. So such debit note cannot be entered if you have already filed return relating to Mar 2019
Before filing march 2019 return you can do it
