Dear GST Expert,
We had issued the GST-Invoice on March-2021 and charged IGST and paid. Now we have been issued a credit note against this Invoice on October-2021, can we claim/adjust IGST or not? Please confirm.

Yes it can be done.

The party did not accept our invoice, they said, your work is not yet completed, it is a service invoice.
