I think GST compliance due date extended by the government, than according to the due date you can issue a credit note of F.Y. 2019-20 . if I am wrong please rectify

But due date of sept20 return has passed because we can issue credit note as per gst law sept20 or annual return of 2019-20 whichever earlier
