Supplier supply service Oct 2016 charge service tax but credit note issue June 2017 and and charge CGST and SGST

plz suggest What is salution this case

Yes , supplier is correct ,... show the credit Note by reducing your CGST/SGST

I'm paid tax liability in ST also

and Date of credit note 30 June charge Gst

If date on CNT is 30/6/17 ,.. Ask your supplier to either change date or do not charge CGST/SGST, .. as GST is implemented from 1/7/17, so he cannot show Sgst/cgst in CNT for 30/6/17
