I have recently qualified as chartered accountant in November 2018.
I have been shortlisted by ICICI for the position of credit analyst in SMEAG department.
should I join the bank ?
if yes , will there be growth in terms of knowledge and money after working for 1 or 2 years?

Joining bank as a credit manager will help you if you are interested in banking sector and looking for carrier in this sector in long term.But,it will not help you if you want to switch job in another industries in future.
Moreover ,the role of credit manager does not require the expertise which Ca generally possess like audit,tax,accounts,etc.People may feel boredom after joining such role in few years and then find difficult to switch in another role in another industries.
However,the package in ICICI as credit manager is good.
