We have done some work in Nepal for which payment has been received in USD after deduction of local TDS in Nepal.
Can we get credit for the TDS deducted in Nepal in our returns here.

Dear Sanjeev
We can not take the deduction regarding any payment of any type of income tax of any other country
Bcoz the Income tax act 1961 is related to india only its does'nt have to do any thing from other country income tax,
so you can not take the deduction of your local NEPAL TDS
