i want to make my career in credit controll or accounts receivable field what should be qualification should have, I have already done MCOM and not interested in doing MBA, is there any specialised course or degree which will support me in further growth in my career??

There is no specific degree or qualification. And anyway, M.Com suffices. It requires general finance understanding.
As a suggestion, I would say, start off with any Finance job and then try to move internally to AR/credit control department.
