You have to execute HUF deed, format of the same is available online. You have to apply for PAN card in the name of HUF.

THERE ARE THREE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN HUF DEE
1 - DECLARATION OF HUF
2 - DECLARATION OF GIFT
3 - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF GIFT
NOW MY QUESTION IS DECLARATION OF GIFT IS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE BY DONOR, BUT IF DONOR IS NOT EXIST THEN WHAT TO DO?
