If the company has taken a fixed deposit and against which they have taken a bank guarantee by lien marking fixed deposit.
Whether charge register has to be maintained for such lien marked on fixed depost and whether it should be filed with the ROC? (In case of both old company law and new company law)
No... charge is created on fixed assets like building n land.
