Crdit on withholding tax

You can claim credit of tax deducted at source in Doha, Qatar by filing tax return in India.Check if there is any DTAA  or tax treaty between Govt. of India and Doha, Qatar. If you are claiming relief under treaty you have to provide tax residency certificate (TRC) to the deductor and also submit Form 10F to them.

Thanks for your reply. I have already checked, India & Qatar has signed agreement and DTAA is available. How can I take credit of the tax deducted. Is it similar to TDS here?
