Hi,

My daughter has applied for June CPT Exam. She has appeared for +2 (Commerce Group) Exam. this April. She is doing self study for A/cs,Economics and mathematics.

She doen't have basic knoweldge in Law. She wants to go for coaching for Law. We enquired many PG teachers (+2 teachers) and lawers in our area.We are from remote place in Coimbatore TN. Now the only way left for her is to find out pvt Coaching in Coimbatore. For that she has to travel around 50kms (one way).

Please let us have some suggestion for her to study Law.

My suggestion : I can give some basic ideas about Contracts since I hv completed CPT in first attempt . But I am from Computer Background. So she may not like my coaching.

CBE CA Students/Professionals : Please suggest good tutor for law.

Dear Ram,

Law at CPT level is one of the easiest papers to crack. It just tests the basic understanding of the subject. However a thorough reading is indespensible. A positive mindset is also a prerequisite.

The testing pattern in CPT is very simple. Try to grab a copy of the Question bank released by the institute. If she is able to solve about 70 - 80% of the questions, thats the benchmark for a moderate preparation.
