my friend filled his application of cpt in march online...he took out the payment reciept and mailed it to the office by regular post but still they havent confirmed getting the letter...and the post office doesnt know anything..
his main worry is that the date has expired for registering and his application hasnt been given to the institute..
would he be eligible to give exams in june if he submits it now..
pls suggest

There is nothing .
In his application the date on which he made the payment is written as 15/3/2014.
But the letter still hasnt reached icai
Would my friend be able to give the exams in june 2014 if he submitted the letter tommorow
