Hey wht happend to cpt exemption...it was proposed already a year ago but still it not be come into effect...y this much long delay...wen it will come into effect....

If the draft notification doesnot come into force before 31st July......I'ii opt for CPT...
Coz...no meaning in waiting and wasting our precious time of life.

Thats meaningfull in my opinion. Me also decided the same. If it comes before August, we can opt for May 2013 IPCC, or if it doesn't, there is no difference from those december CPT candidates...
