If the draft notification doesnot come into force before 31st July......I'ii opt for CPT...
Coz...no meaning in waiting and wasting our precious time of life.
CPT Exemption has still not been approved by the Central Govt

Thats meaningfull in my opinion. Me also decided the same. If it comes before August, we can opt for May 2013 IPCC, or if it doesn't, there is no difference from those december CPT candidates...
