last day for filling cpt form for june 2011 is 25th april.u can get form from 4th april to till 25th april.u hav to submit your form till 25th april only.after 25th april ur form will nt be accepted.best of luck guy

I AM NOT GETTING LINK FOR  APPLYING ONLINE FOR EXAM.   PLEASE GIVE ME THE LINK. I HAVE A DOUBT WHETHER WE HAVE TO SEND THE FORM PHYSICALLY TO THE NEAREST REGIONAL OFFICE OR JSUT FILLING THE FORM WILL BE ENOUGH.
