Plz check this file for clear reference of above questions
formula is ep = q2-q1/q2+q1 * p2+p1/p2-p1
1).ep =300-200/300+200 * 200+120/200-120 = 0.8 (b)
2). ep = 5000-3000/5000+3000 * 300+200/300-200 = 1.25 (c).
3). ep = 1300-700/1300+700 * 150+100/150-100 = 1.50 (d).
4). ep = 700-100/700+100 * 100+60/100-60 = 3 (d)
Thanks swathi... but the formula is wrong which is given in material then !
