CPT compulsory?

Hi Friends

I am a CS. I want to start CA now. I wanted to know is CPT compulsory for all or is there any exemption for graduates and members of CS institute. . Also tell me is there any exemption from training to people based on their experience.

There is no exemption from training for experiance baced people . CPT is a compulsory test for all the persons whether a C.S. or a Graduate or any other person

hi, According to new patter CPT has been made compulsory . If you wish to do CA then you need to join for CPT 1st. ok, ☻

Sirjee,In CA there is no exemption in any level in ny subject,Wheather you are qualified from IIM (A) or From Hardward University.So, you need to appear for CPT.All the best.But this is my advice instead of going for CA(i assume you are atlest 23 because you have to take atleast 5 years its mean 28)try to mke your career as a CS.Now its ur wish .GOOD LUCKJ

NO CPT Required For Graduates


Dated-13/06/2011..

But the ICAI has not Declared yet..
