Please explain me the new pattern of CPT exam as to 2 attempts in 6 months.
My frnd didnot clear June' 10 CPT & now he will be trying for Sep online exam.
if he doesn't clear Sep'10 which is the next attempt he can give??
Can he sit in Dec' 10??

ONCE IF TAKE ONLINE THEN HE / SHE CANT GO BACK TO PEN AND PENCIL, HE / SHE SHOULD TAKE ONLINE EXAMS AFTER 6 MONTH GAP ONLY....

But once i had attended a seminar of wirc where it was announced that in a period of 6 months a student can appear for 2 exams out of which only 1 can be online so doesnt that mean that the other wiil be written one
according to that he will hav June written & Sep online in 1one 6 mths & Dec written wil b for another 6 months isnt that possible???
SEE ONLY ONCE HE /SHE CAN CONVERT TO ONLINE, IF WE GOT FAIL THIS JUNE THEN CAN TAKE IN JULY AUG SEP OR OCT BUT ONCE IF YOU TAKE ONLINE AGAIN YOU CANT COME TAKE IN DEC PEN AND PENCIL..NEXT WILL BE 6MONTHS GAP THAT TOO ONLINE ONLY...

Acc to a announcement on ICAI site (following is the link for same) u can opt for 1 online & 1 paper pencil mode Xam in a gap of 6 months
