it is not allowed by ICAI institute to do regular degree course along with CA but most of the student do...but it become quite difficult to do simultaneously...

Practically speaking, You cannot do any regular course along with " Articleship " in CA..

To do so,,one need to ensure that the timings of college doesnot clash with normal working hours of Articles..

And a permission in form 112 should be obtained ( should be signed by college principal )
