for Orissa students at which place DD will be payable.can I submit cpt form at Bhubaneswar on 1oct.2015.

You can submit or apply for CPT from anywhere. You can either go to the Bhubaneswar ICAI Centre to submit it manually or you can apply online for CPT also. You have to pay the fees by netbanking or Debit/Credit Card if you submit the form Online.
My question regarding demand draft. where it will be payable at Kolkata or Bhubaneswar???
